Sunrise House Foundation provides a full continuum of outpatient services for adults . Entry into care begins with a comprehensive assessment by a trained clinician. Patients are placed into outpatient services based upon presenting symptoms and placement criteria developed by the American Society of Addiction Medicine. Options for care include: Intensive outpatient programs for adults (morning or evening schedules); Intensive outpatient programs for adolescents (after school model program); once weekly aftercare group; individual and family counseling; parent education; family education; and court/employer required evaluations. Van transportation is available to patients requiring transportation assistance to the facility.
